Remove lower ball joint

How the HE_:angryfire:_do you get that lower balljoint assembly out from the lower control arm. Stripped threads in my puller. Pickle forks useless. Looking at Mancini Racing they have a lower ball joint removal tool. Has anyone tried it?

Yes and they work great.

You can also whack the end of the LCA with a big hammer and the joint will fall out but leaves a hammer mark.

Thanks for that Mancini info. Rebuilding my suspension is next on my list of things to do, and I'm going to get their kit. I figure that $160 will save me a heck of a lot of time and aggravation.

Wacked with 2.5 pound hammer. Won't come loose. Tool ordered. I think my car was submerged in a grease pit.
