Removing wiper arms

To remove wiper arms on a 74 Charger do you just pry them upwards?

Think if you look at them straight on you will see a little tab you have to pry out to get the lock to release so they will slide off the spline

I wondered if there wouldn’t be something. Going to help a buddy this afternoon replace the bushings in the wiper linkage.
