removing wire gutter inside floor

are these spot welded in or just welded? thanks

Those have 1/2" wide by about 1" long metal tabs that are spot welded to the wire loom cover and to the floor. They act as the hinges that allow you to lift the covers up and fold them down. Spot weld cutter to the spot welds on the floor....walla! They'll be partially or fully covered by factory seam sealer. Plan on whipping out the wire wheel.

Drill slowly. The metal on those is thin and you'll twist up the tab if not careful
