Sentout my door hinges to Leo to be rebuilt, he is rebuilding the upper ones, but the lower ones are worn beyond rebuild. Obviously I’m having a hard time finding some original ones to have rebuilt so looks like my only option is going to be remanufactured ones from a store. I know the metal is cheap and won’t last but does anyone have any suggestions if any of which distributor has the “best “ones out there. Guessing I’ll be replacing every few years until I can find some old ones to have restored. Need to get the doors back on and get the car to paint/body.

Thanks

For what car? There's always parts car parts being sold here down below in adds. Be very surprised if you can not find what you are looking for.

How could I tell if ones that are being sold are rebuildable? Don’t want to purchase ones just to be told they are worn out and can’t be rebuilt.

Look at the sellers feedback and ask them if they are good. Did you ask Leo if he had any? You could call Stephens for a pair they are a legit company.
