Replacing a 30 amp relay

Hi everyone, I'm restoring a 67 Charger and I need to replace this 30 amp relay that's on the driver's side down by the emergency brake. Does anyone know what kind of 30 amp relay I can replace it with? All help would be greatly appreciated!
 
Is looking original a concern because 30 amp relays are pretty easy to come by at any local auto store?

I bought mine at NAPA and used bracket from old 1 and put on new 1
 
No looking original isn't necessary for me, however after just looking at it and trying find a replacement I think it might be a circuit breaker, not a relay unless they're the same thing? So here's the thing that's in the car and what I found looking for a replacement? Anyone think they're the same thing?

Yeah, that's definitely a self-resetting circuit breaker. You can pick them up at any auto parts store. I'm not sure what's going on there, but it doesn't look kosher.
 
what doesn't work with the circuit out. 30 amp holds alot to blow it out and not reset something has happened to one or more circuits. need to figure it out because you can replace it and it can shut down if the circuit isn't repaired.
 
Other than the starter, don't know what pulls a 30 amp load that won't melt or burn something. Loose wires are a red light to me.
 
I am pretty sure the 30 amp circuit breaker is for power windows or conv top applications. The circuit breaker is used in this application so that when your holding the up or down button and the window or top reaches its full travel and stops the motor. The wiring does not stay under full load and melt the wires or the motors armature windings... the circuit breaker "breaks" saving the system. This is why a circuit breaker is used instead of a standard or slow blow fuse....

actually starters sucks up to 90-120 amps. thats why is out of the ammeter reading.

and powered seats, electric rear deffog ( glass with strips ) systems since 74.

30 amp relay for headlights to rotate seems alot to me. But seen things like that before.
 
Oh! True... since 70 when headlight doors were changed from vacuum to electric doors, the relay got a breaker attached. I think 15 amps or so. Since 1st gen Chargers got dual motors one to each door, a 30 amps breaker sounds about right
