Requirements for a complete Magnum engine swap?

I might have a line on a complete driveline and electronics/EFI setup out of a 1996 5.2L Dakota.

I'm really keen to do an OBDII V8 swap in my 67 wagon.

Would I need anything other than a fuel pump to swap this engine and its electronics into my car, retaining the 727 for right now? I'm assuming that it's old enough to not care about the transmission (or easily be tricked into not caring) but I don't want to get in over my head with this if I don't know what I don't know.
