With how fast “new cars” stop I would suggest the disc break upgrade. It usually doesn’t effect resale price. Keep old parts as noted above.

Disco upgrade is nice buy it depends on your driving habits.I was able to stop 3900 lbs up to 125 MPH in the 1/4,,,,,,,then it was time for an upgrade.

Ok, so brake, steering, and exhaust upgrades are fine as long as I keep the original parts (restored and wrapped). Since this is a TOTAL restoration how will these changes affect it in car shows??

If its judged car shows you want leave it alone. If not, just save the stuff so the next guy doesn't have to hunt stuff down again. Might help out the sale again down the road.

FUN !!! Car Shows and Cruzin, a cpl trips down the track for fun.....NEVER ON A TRAILER..unless long distance

HELP !!! do I add disc brakes and power steering or keep it dealer delivered....

Don't need disk brakes you have the Flintstone Braking Option by the looks of it
