I got a question about a 67 coronet 440, was a 318/904 car, I put a 383/727 in it, trying to get my reverse lights to work. I have a reverse switch on the lower colum and the nutral safety switch in tranny has the 3 pin witch I know the center wire is for relay on firewall, other 2 wires supposed to be for reverse lights, question? how to wire it up? thx for any help!

68? 69? and later, had the 3 pin transmission and switch. YES you can wire it up, just mod the wiring to match a four speed. You can download the service manual and wiring diagrams from MyMopar

as well as the wiring diagrams separate, which actually, are "out of" the service manual

In the last link above, look at "paper page" 8-111, the engine bay bottom far right and find the back lamp up switch. This is of course for stick shift. "Those won't be there" in an auto car. Follow that back and see that it goes through the bulkhead connector at "F" (B2-18V) and at "H" (B1-18V)

Now find the instrument panel "paper" page 8-114 and find the bulkhead connector, F and H Basically you need to connect those to where your old switch now hooks. You of course will need some "Packard 56" terminals to do so. I bought mine at "Clips and fasteners" and they seem to have a fair price.
