Reversing polished aluminum ?

I think it should really be painted anyway. That being said scoth-brite it and spray. It'll look way nicer than factory though. The O.E. cross ram is a pitted lousy looking casting. This is what a smoothed painted intake will look like ( I've done O.E. cross rams with the same result).

Well cudachick, a lot of people use it at home to do their projects and water rinses it right off, if the part is anodized to begin with.

Since I'm no expert, I'll take your advice.

Thanks for taking my comment in the spirit in which it was intended, to HELP.

Easy Off is great for the right things, but you just can't let it sit on there for 20 minutes. Two or three minutes, yes. More than that -- to where it dries -- and you're just asking for trouble.
