Started to disassemble right suspension. Since what is left on the driver side are tie rods. Broke the lower balljoint removal tool I got from Mancini Racing. Broke the bottom lip of it trying to remove lower balljoint.:eusa_wall: 012.jpg001.jpg002.jpg007.jpg010.jpg009.jpg:eusa_wall::eusa_wall:

Coronet14,

I would clean the old grease off first, Then heat it a bit.....then blast it until it's juicy with PB Blaster. My 67 was the same way big-time. Apply pressure to the joints when they are warm, but do not try to break them clean. I just let my joint puller sit for 20-30 min at 75% of max-torque and the Blaster did the rest. Took longer, but I didn't break a tool or my knuckles.......

By the last photo, I'd say he already has it apart...
