I have a set if Isky adjustable rocker arms and the adjustment screws (for setting lash) are worn. I’m not having any luck finding replacements.... can someone point me in the right direction?

My second question is, can I swap out the current style (that takes the cupped pushrod) for a style that takes the male type pushrod? Thanks

Have you tried Isky? And I'n sure they have a selection of different cup styles available.

I was on their website and didn’t see anything, also sent them a message a couple days ago and haven’t heard back. I was told they haven’t made these rocker arms in years....

those originally took the screwdriver slot screw with a jam nut. those are no longer available. the newer ones are longer and take an allen wrench instead of a screw driver. the new longer ones may interfere with the valve covers and may screw up push rod length/geometry, depending on what you have now.

You can use the cup adjuster but from what I understand you need to have pushrod oil feed.
