Roger Ebert won't be down for breakfast.

Actually I liked Siskel much better than that jackwagon, may he RIP, Ebert. Usually if Ebert really slammed a movie I liked it.

LOL. I was just the oposite. I always liked what Ebert liked. Thought Siskel was a cynical smart @ss.

Actually Ebert was the smart *** IMHO. I always thought Ebert was the pompus one but I did enjoy the show when it was the both of them

My uncle/family-mopar-guy lives over in Hawaii, and told me one time he went into this restaurant on Hilo's bayfront to have lunch and saw Ebert, Quentin Tarantino, and Ms. Hawaii USA all having lunch together one table away lol.

Icon of the 80s.

Went from PBS to cable to mass syndication.

The last time I saw it was "Ebert's At The Movies", and Ebert was so frail, he only had a 15 second part behind a cloudy lens.
Others did all the reviews as if speaking to him.

The fist Time I really took note, was when they gave a positive review of The Road Warrior.

Even in the 80s I always thought Ebert looked like he could die before the next installment.

I was shocked when Siskel died first.

R.I.P. Roger. I always like to listen to their movie reviews. If neither one liked a movie, than that was the movie I went to see.
