got some work done on the 4x4 the last couple months when i'm home.had to get my feet wet again and using this to get used to body work again.

it's been a few yrs since i p/u'd a sander so i thought i would use this so i can work out any bugs(issues) so i can get it out of my systems when i get ready to finally work on my 69 RR.thanks

Nice work Roadrunnerman! That's a great idea and a kool piece to practice on. I'd love to have a vintage Ramcharger or pick-up.

thanks matt,it nowhere comes close to the level of work you and will and the others on here are doing.the back corner i had to fab and bend the metal then weld.i did see some spots that i could've done better on but it is a truck that will be used in all seasons,not the 100 point gold standard you've got going on with your resto.The next time i get home i will work on some spots underneath(floor cross member brace) and the holes on the backside.

Keep it up, I don't think you are any less capable then me. My whole resto on the "DOG" has basically been removing and replacing rotten metal with minimal custom fabricating. I think it is mainly allways thinking many steps ahead of what you are actually doing. This is my first attempt at any bodywork at all.

i'm basically doing one section at a time on one side then i'll turn the truck around and work on the other side.with three other cars in the garage to share space,i limited to what i can work on.The other side should go faster as i have two new panel for it.

it's been a couple months, but i did get some work done on the front fender.Had to butt weld the lower panel and the wheel arch panel,both which was donated from my other p/u.Figured the metal was too thick to make a flange edge, so that's why i welded it like i did.came out fairlly straight without alot of filler.
