At least you’re two for three. I’m out of time and money!I have the skills and time, just not the entry fee.

Exactly ! Mine is costing me nothing and I still won't "restore" it.. although the temptation is hard to resist as I work on it these past few days! For 30K I’d get it driveable, Joe Dirt style, and run the wheels off it. Wouldn’t bother fixing rust or painting anything.
Yours is in way better shape than this pile!!Exactly ! Mine is costing me nothing and I still won't "restore" it.. although the temptation is hard to resist as I work on it these past few days!
Was my point... and I still won't spend the money / time to restore it as I'd be in the red. Anyone considering this $70K rust bucket will be further ahead to buy a freshly restored Bird that the owner needs to recoupe his losses from and if I want to "upgrade" I'll sell mine as is and buy a fresh resto for a mere 15 to 20K upgrade!Yours is in way better shape than this pile!!
It depends on the buyer and his reasons for buying. It’s not even worth half to me.Are you guys saying it's only worth half the asking price then?

Got any pictures you want to share here?No body shop would bid that job, probably has rust clear around frt.&rear glass.I can t wait to see my mine painted.it's lime/ no 4sp/&i still have people trying to buy it all the time
That would be interesting for sure!I would have to win the lottery and then tote it over to Utah and let Dave Kindig and crew have at it.
The date and VIN type font used on the door sticker looks unusual to me.
Why would there be bumps UNDER the door sticker and no marring on top of it, for such an old and decrepit car?
I hope not... 'cause then mine's wrong too...The date and VIN type font used on the door sticker looks unusual to me.
