I had a high school friend who had a 64 Belvedere 440 4 speed. It had no back seat when he got it. We put carpet in that area and over the wheel tubs too. It looked good. He got drunk one night at the river hang out we all went to on the weekend and was showin out in it and flipped it several times. It was unsaveable.

I read also that all factory s/s cars had red interior, but I wouldn't take that as "correct".

Not all of them some had the fawn, but the majority was red!

Thanks for replies, Ya want to do that, carpet thing etc, just for that look, will save rear seat even though can,t get S/S covers for them, took out radio, heater box etc, not even putting wipers on

I had the upholstry shop replicate the A-100 van seat look on the rear seat.

Use convertible rear seat. Here is a pic of mine even though it is hard to tell with the parts I have stored inside. The seat fits even with the stretched wheel tubbs.
