I think you're thinking of George Carlin.

Think of all you would have missed out on had you died at age 38. Makes you realize how short life is, or can be.

There have been a crapload of great comedians that have died "too young".

Sam started as a Southern Baptist Minister, preaching the Gospel.... And he certainly could preach...


But he quickly realized he had vision problems... He just couldn't see himself living a life that just left so many questions unanswered...
