Ran across a 1967 satellite with 4 speed and 440. Thought about swapping into my 1967 charger with an auto and bad 440. Does the 4 speed hardware swap?

Yes and you'll need to weld on to frame rail bracket for torque shaft. Rather than remove that piece you can buy a new one. If the Satellite is to be parted if it has trim piece they'd bring some money if in good shape.

Other good parts on the Satellite?

You will need the floorpan hump to clear the shifter. That is also something you can reasonably buy aftermarket or cut the one out of the Satellite. The Plymouths use a different console base and I suspect the Chargers do also. It’s got a fiberboard bulge section screwed to the side of it and covered with carpet trim to cover the floor pan hump. Now I’m not sure about this, but it may be possible to trim the side out of an auto console base and screw the fiberboard bulge section to it just like the factory console. Maybe someone has done this and knows. It seems that I’ve seen that fiberboard piece sold in reproduction form somewhere.

Grab the reverse light sub-harness out of the Satellite if it’s still there.

Since both are 67, the console from the satellite will be the right one for the charger.

While you are grabbing parts get all the floor pan console and center seat reinforcement plates. If you don’t use them someone will buy them from you.

Just use the Belvedere console with 4-speed kick-out and swap your Charger console top on it. You can even use the Charger arm rest to dress things up, as I did on my 1967 R/T. Not correct, but different and comfortable. Another trick is to adapt the stock Inland shifter lever to a Hurst mechanism. I have done this also. Harvest the 4-speed tunnel from the Belvedere, and lay it over your automatic tunnel where it fits best. Mark around it on the floor. After removing this hump, trim your floor about one inch inside this mark, and weld the 4-speed hump on the previous marks. It does not have to be fancy; I am pretty sure this is how Chrysler did it too.
