Screwed on Parts

Pay Pal can really suck at times. I sold an item & was paid in full. However after getting a payment I realized that I had mis quoted the shipping cost to the buyer. I accidentally charged him $12 too much for shipping. I then contacted the buyer,told him of this & voluntarilly gave him a refund for the shipping. Then Pay Pal placed a 21 day hold on my money recieved for any sells in the future. I guess thats what I get for being honest!!!!!!
