I am restoring a 69 RoadRunner and thought I might try to do the seats myself. I have always paid the get seats done and have been pleased with the results, but my interior guy moved.
Is it very difficult to recover seats? I bought legenday covers already. Should I look for a new guy?
I see a handful of foams for the front buckets, which ones fit best?
Any tips or tricks are much appreciated! I looked for a seat resto thread but came up empty.

Just finished doing the seats in my Fury. With legebdary vinyl.
Your runner is a sinch. If its front buckets the biggest head ache is making seatbacks, or re gluing new vinyl to the originals. When i did the seats over in my 69 Runner conv. I used legendary vinyl, and seat foam kit from year one (i no its expensive but at the time i had a 40% discount)
Its not that hard just time consuming. And you need a huge bag of hog rings, your destroy more than you use, on your first seat redo project.
