Sebring Fl. used car lot

On the way home from car show today spotted this 64 Dodge on a used car lot.318 cu in engine.

Good things,bucket seats,console with auto on the floor.Bad things,cowl drain on firewall rusted out.Needs total restoration,but all parts seem to be there.

What did they want?

There's a red/black '65 361 500 around here, that's fairly solid, but needs a hood, minor quarter work and paint.
Decent bucket/console interior and clean painted "rebuilt" engine- asking $4K Cowl looked good.
