Isn’t that the Serpent Charger? I did know personally that Charger car on its development back in 2008 when I went to Carlisle show that year!

The diff on the one made in Venezuela is there is no a “grafted” job from a donor insert or hood, but totally hand made modifying the existant buldge.

To be honest, the 73/74 Plymouth power bulge sure looks like someone could add an air grabber door and set up. I know that that has been done at least once.
