I don’t know much about these. I have seen fluid dampeners and then it appears there are billet pro/race style ones for $300-500.

The billet ones are anywhere from 8-11 lbs.

What would be best for a street strip stroker motor? It’s probably set up a little on the race side…but will see a lot of street driving.
 
ATI Super Dampers are about the best damper out there. They are a friction style damper with a high damping coefficient. The next best is a viscous fluid damper. I typically run these type of dampers due to the fact that they dampen vibration over a larger RPM range. 440
