I am needing to get a shroud put on in the next few months (68 Charger) and wanted to get some suggestions. I have a Cold case radiator (MOP754A). The radiator has an 1-1/2” x 4” flange top and bottom on each side for mounting too. I have the stock clutch fan (2863216). The car was originally a 318 but has an 440 so the radiator will be just slightly offset from the fan (due to the core support attachment). Any suggestions on a good aftermarket shroud?

Not sure about your Cold Case, but you can get a new shroud at your local Dodge dealership. Still available, got one for my '69 Road Runner, not installed yet. I'm not in the garage, but can get a part number later.

Summit Racing has an aluminum "fab your own kit" that can look pretty decent if you take your time. I assembled mine mostly with aluminum rivets instead of bolts.

Dealership shroud number is P 2785 434, think that it has 5 mounting screws.

I think I saw that today on their website. You essentially cut out your opening size.

Maybe it's too late, but I'm not sure why you can't use a factory shroud. On one of my cars, I have a Wizard radiator which fits the OE shroud perfectly.

Is there not a way to mount on the sides on this one? I don’t see where there is a side attachment options.

You can make some aluminum tabs from the circle cut out of the middle and rivet/bolt it to the side of the shroud and radiator. I spent an entire day fabbing mine up to make sure it fit well and looked good. I even pondered polishing it, but nahhhh.... It can be as nice as the effort you put into it.

Because the factory shroud is different from one side to another. One side the second attachment point is in the middle. The radiator I have, has no middle attachment section (only top and bottom).

Man, I really like this idea. Being able to put the whole wherever I need it would be especially helpful given how my fan is not centered on the radiator.

I don't think that any of them are centered, the engines are offset towards the passenger side of the car. That's why the shroud is offset.
