side 1/4 interior panel mounting

Hey Guys, need some help, what does this screw mount to? Is there a small bracket that mounts to the rear seat metal area or does the screw go into the side of the car? Car was stripped when I got it, your help would be appreciated

I attached a pic that I found of the area and circled the point where the screw goes in the panel, 72 roadrunner

I just redid the satellite. I couldn't see an existing hole for it, and if there was I would assume it would need a thick spacer and long screw. I placed foam rubber behind it. Not enough to push it away from the sail panel. I never took a screw out so I didn't install one back. Hopefully this helps. Take care
