Single inlet vacuum fitting

While installing my engine the manifold vacuum single inlet fitting was broken. It was a factory part on a 67 383. Does anyone have one or know where I can get a replacement?

There are two different sizes,one for 1/4" and 3/8" ID hose,which do you need ?

This one almost looks like 1/8 inch, no power brakes. It just supplies the vacuum for the heater controls. If those are the only two choices I would say 1/4".

The one you need is 1/8",heater controls only,I may have one,will look tomorrow..
