six pack hood on 70 road runner?

i was watching a fast and furious movie last night and Vin diesel was driving a 70 road runner with a fiberglass six back hood on it. i was under the impression that those hoods only fit the 68 and 69 b bodies. was this a custom car or can you put that hood on a 70?

Yes you can buy a fiberglass hood for a 70. They just didn't come from the factory that way like the 69 a12 cars.

I really like cowls on 70 rr's. after all, that was kind of the design of the original hood. I'm sure others opinions will differ... lol
