So I need some Carb and Manifold suggestions.

I have the RPM manifold with a quarter inch phelonic spacer and a Holley 750 double pumper on my 67 R/T with a standard hood.

To achieve this I have had to use a drop down base with a 3 inch filter which then leaves me just under half inch clearance.

That 2292P is a forged unit and without the valve reliefs it's not a 2.065" compression distance piston. Likely to be 1.990". This means about 9.0:1 compression and certainly not 10:1 with factory heads.

I would stick with the pistons you have. 9.1 is certainly a friendly place. Those pistons are long discontinued and now that part number is for a ford piston. That's why it's kinda hard to find info on them. I think the specs are the same as the 2266. Maybe Meepamous can verify that.

Awesome, so it looks like im starting to put together what i want to do for this motor that we are getting. so heres the list:
-1967 440 bored .030
-Crower hdp282 cam
-Edelbrock performer or RPM intake/Holley street dominator intake
-Edelbrock performer carb (750 cfm)/Holley 3310 750 cfm vacuum secondary carb
-and the 2292 .030 bore, flat top pistons

Not completely sure on which set of intake and carb i should get yet, any last opinions on which side i should lean towards? i just want a car that has some nice power but isnt drag car material. Sorry for the many questions, again, im still learning

Are you on a budget? That's why I made the suggestion for the used Weiand intake I posted. You don't really need a 300 buck Edelbrock RPM intake for that engine. A stock iron one would suffice, really. I would look the older Weiand like I posted or an Edelbrock CH4B. The CH4B is a good intake that's not been made in a long time. Hell, I don't even have a 440 and I'm thinkin about jumpin all over that Weiand I posted.......so if it's gone when you go look I probably got it. That's a good deal.

You can measure the compression distance with a set of calipers. The measurement is from the center of the pin to the top of the piston. Measure from the piston top to the pin bore then add half the pin diameter. With this info the piston part number is irrelevant.

That cam is pretty lumpy and I'd consider something a couple of steps smaller. Assuming you end up with 9.0:1 CR that will be a blessing for a small cam and be able to run 89 gas or maybe even 87 for most driving. A stock type small block converter, 3.23 - 3.55 gears, headers and a 750 AFB will get the job done.

I'll second the CH4B, Weiand or even the factory iron intake. I think I have proven that a factory cast iron intake wouldn't be holding you back if you want a good street car. My priorities would be to build a mild 440 that you can enjoy without redesigning your entire drivetrain. Keep it simple!
