Thank you again for the info, I'll be investigating into it.
By the way, I find it interesting how the 2 most current posts with your name in the title have the most "views" and "replies" in the shortest amount of time. I guess a lot of people have their eye on ya. Lol. Thanks for your help & knowledge.

Well I'm putting back in my 65 black dodge my torqueflite tomorrow morning while the neal chance converter gets loosened up and i'm heading back out to ATCO to get this car down the track, the way its supposed to go, Q-16 fuel and new transbrake button should get me close to 8.50 number I hope.
I'm determined to get this car to fly the way it was meant to go.
This is when Best Machine owned it with a torqueflite trans.

Thanks for the pics. Reading the 25.5 spec is like reading the bible, it leaves alot of room for interpritation. I guess because all unibody cars were built a little different. We did it a little differently, but it has pretty much the same result.

Car pretty much looks the same, it hasn't really moved in two years. Bought a house from the bank, went through 3 roll off dumpsters rennovating it. Then moved from a commercial building into a pole barn on the property to work on hot rods. Also worked in texas for a year, so havn't had time to think about the car stuff. I have most of the motor parts, and i got just about all the long lead time parts, so maybe by spring it will be back.

i JUSTLOVE THAT CAR YOU GOT FROM TANK!!
I just saw his 67 coronet for sale. another great piece. But i think i got the deal of a lifetime with chucks old dodge.I couldnt pass it up. What i would have had to put in my blue dodge to bring it up to the black caliber would have beed $15,000 + so for a few grand more i got a whole new car just exactly as i would have had mine done and i get to keep my blue dodge in NSS.

Thanks, im real happy with it. It all works out for a reason. I don't think i would ever spend the type of money to build a car of this caliber. I also scored some crazy good deals on the engine stuff. Its all good. I just want to take my time and make it all perfect, because i don't see ever doing a car on this level again.
