So who's NOT watching the superbowl today?

Game kinda got in the way of me watching Archie Bunker, but I would look at the game during commercials. Then the game did get pretty good in the last quarter and ended up watching mostly that.

I read a piece that said the attendance was very low. Must be because of the ridiculous ticket prices
and the hotel prices coupled with the Goofey resort fees! I used to visit my Brother in Vegas every
year in December and the resort fees killed any deal you got on a room! I'm not a big gambler so they
didn't make any money off of me! My friend just got his new total for Bears season tickets, and he
said they went up thirty percent! Don't know the actual amount, but I know that I can't afford it!

No one wins or loses a game that close. Congrats to both teams for trading leads by a few points back and forth to the end!!! I don't do sports, but that was how the game should be played. Blood, sweat and tears to the last second!!

Allegiant Stadium 'looked on TV like' a standing-room-only crowd
It didn't look like any free/open seats, anywhere
I don't know where they got that crap either

Ticket prices were from like $5k to $55k that's nuts to watch a game
& the new SB tickets like every SuperBowl prior, were the most expensive yet
to date, & it will be even more $$$ next year

I saw it live, he pushed him,
forcefully aggressively chest bumped him, in anger
aggressively got right in his face
& almost knocked him on his 380#+ fatass
"his head coach Andy Reid"
that's some reckless **** you don't do, ever
shows lack of respect, lack of control
wanting to get in the game or not, competitive nature or not
that **** is wrong
I hope the league fines his *** for it too
(they probably won't, not their league darlings, it might offend some Swifty's)

All of it, beacuse he was pulled from the game & was pissed off for it
just before the play, when the fumble happened
he has some serious anger control issues,
ticking time bomb, just watch him anytime it's not going well
he's a helmet thrower too, he's got fined for that crap too,
so did his buddy QB Patrick from State Farm, like $100k league fine
for going after an official,
when the Officials rightly called an offensive offsides penalty,
a gainsta KC reciever lined up offsides
in a game a while back like 3 games prior, negating a KC TD/Trick play
that Swifty Kelce threw an option pass for a TD
he was livid, uncontrollable...
& Mr. Patrick State Farm had to make a public apology, the next day...
But;
Swifty Kelce's actions it's almost like a roid rage like Lyle Alzado did/used to do
it's just a fucken game dude, chill...

Allegedly Swifty Kelce's supposed to be a serious dirt/trash talker
**** stirrer while on the field too, that's sort of normal

Andy Reid just sloughed the incodent off in the pressor,
like it was no big deal,
He just claimed he was ready for it caught him off guard :jackoff:
But it didn't look like that when it happened
he spun it, to protect 'Swifty'

they may be winners, but they ain't America's team, not by a long shot
(neither is my Raiders)
they are starting a dynasty thou :blah:

Chiefs fans thrive off the haters! I love this ****, You can hate them, you can joke about them, you can make fun of the players girlfriends, you can question them, but you still have to deal with them! The best damn football team in the world is.....The Kansas City CHIEFS!!!!
C’mon even a Chiefs fan has to be at least embarrassed by that douchebag showing on camera every 15 mins. Tell the truth. I like the Chiefs and was pulling for them but there’s not a real FB fan alive that isn’t totally sick of seeing that douche all the time. Brock Purdy’s parents actually a better over all story - yeah they showed them like 3 times. Nothing wrong with being proud of your team but let’s get a little real…..

I turn the channel everytime I see a Mahomey & Tragic Kelsy commercial. I'm so sick of those two.

The NBA.
When the games are scripted, you don't actually need a coach do you?
SO then it starts, the players are actors in the show. They don;t need to listen to "the boss" because that guy isn't, he is a coworker acting his part.
So then you start seeing players ignoring the coach, and making their own plays, and speaking down about their coach in public.
then players become the coach and "coach" their peers.
Because it is a show, the big time names are angry when they can't be in more of the movie, because the more they get famous the more they can make $$$ for the next one.

I saw some highlights, ol' grinning state farm boy, they were down by a FG in the 4th and he is chilled out grinning, while the team in the lead had a look on their face like someone killed their dog. Really? You are winning the biggest game and you are distressed, while the people losing are having a grand ol time?
Then state farm boy messed up and tried to go off script to his pal. The guy that was supposed to get it, made sure to go chew out the staff on the sideline after.
So they have an OT, and the exact same situation occurs, and the point spread is maintained as it was supposed to be, it just took a little longer to get there. And again, one team scores, get's the lead, and goes to sit down and look depressed as they watch the grinning team that was behind march up the field and get the score. Ol swifty did'nt even participate in the last couple plays, he just walked to the line and stood there because he knew he wasn;t in the script and there was no back up plan this time to risk it.

Pal at work mentioned today supposedly the big game is going to be pay per view in a few years, they are working on making the whole thing into a streaming service like disney or paramount+.
They might as well, they are already dividing the public into people that will watch no matter what and people that don't. Like NASCAR, there is a group that will pay money to see it, and a group that won;t watch it at all. Like movies. might as well follow the hollywood business model then.
