Some Mopes I saw at SEMA so far.

A couple of cool Fords. One brings back memories. Needs to be next to an Arrow.

I would want two Daytonas. One stock and one Joe Dirt version.

Since Colorado is the car theft capitol of the nation we ought to be able to go to Denver and find a bunch of Hellcats!

Some beautiful cars there, I love that teal Belvedere. I too am not a fan of the modern engine swaps. I also noticed the lazy "straight across bee stripe" on that olive green '68 Charger...my '70 got the same treatment when it was repainted 3 decades ago, when I didn't know any better. I was absolutely sure to make certain that my bee stripe was painted with the correct slight 'V' shape when my Charger went for body & paint last winter. Now I notice it every time a Charger's bee stripe isn't painted correctly.

Todays selection. I left close to 1pm and spent some time at the drag strip. They are running the division 7 points match. Sportsman stuff which I love.

More. I didn't take photos of every Mope there, not enough battery or memory on the phone. There is a huge amount there racing. Makes up for the queens at SEMA. Like the cousin? M/T car to boot!

Thanks, Carl.
This car....the gas cap is like a huge, hairy mole on the nose of an otherwise beautiful woman:

I can appreciate the work that goes into each build. The money they spend is just stupid. However, I don't think I would want any of them pictured except the OE looking 71'Challenger and I am not even a "keep it all original correct" kind of guy either.
Totally agree. These cars are the equivalent of McMansions. The original essence of the car is lost and they become generic show queens with all the over-the-top street rodification.

I'd rather see '60s-'70s Day 2 drag-style builds or a circa 1970 Trans Am type car that is all business. Save the bling for the gold chain types.
