I never cared for that hood when it was on the Cudas
It's a masterpiece of industrial design.
Industrial design? Not even a contender. It doesn't even function.
Masterpiece of aesthetic design? Maybe.
I agree it's a sweet looking hood.. on a Cuda! I also agree that it's a terrible design as far as any functionality goes but so is the Charger hood. To each their own, I caught some crap over turning my Charger into a shaker hood car and could care less.I LOVE that hood! It's a masterpiece of industrial design. There's a 'Cuda book and the author said it is the most beautiful muscle car hood ever made. I agree. Do I like it on the Charger? I have to admit, in my opinion, it doesn't take anything away from it. Wonder how hard it was to fit.

Interesting.
Is it going to be made functional?
That's kind of a bitch to do on the Cuda hoods.
Solid pot metal and then sheet metal under it and then a narrow moisture wicking crevice when you're done cutting.
The Challenger hoods can be made functional by simply removing a trim piece
I've always thought a 70 Roadrunner N96 style hood could work on 68-70 Chargers.
