I'm a big fan of a group called The Strangeloves;a lot of their stuff got covered later. One of the best is "I Want Candy" done by Bow Wow Wow back in the 1980's. If I remember correctly,most of the band were formerly with Adam and the Ants-at least the guitarist,Matthew Ashman was from that outfit.

Those are both Bob Dylan songs and like most that he wrote, others made hits out of them. Bob never had much of a voice on any of his songs (except a few like Lay, Lady Lay) but he has wriien 100s of songs in his career many of which were hits.
