We laugh at this, but I know a young man who actually bought into one of these. He was telling my kids how he had won a lottery and was coming into millions, and what all he was going to do with his millions. :)

umm I think he knows this..;) Hence the sarcastic forum post. LOL

Oh I'm one up on the sarcasm. Just showing how easy it is to "copy" and "paste" the first sentence of a scam email onto Google and have several hits that someone else has posted. There are a lot of "scam police" people out there too if you need to check something out.

There are lots of experts (not this one) out there trying to trap someone. Lack of grammar skills, misspellings are dead giveaways. Mostly because of the language difference. It's not that easy to translate to English from a foreign language, where alot of these are coming from.

My last encounter was with my mortgage provider, in which a real professional created a web page identical to the real one. They found a way to collect user names and passwords in setting up this bogus site. My finance company had to close down their site and creat a new one to get it all straightened out. Now they were some talented hackers.

Everyone needs to educate themselves on this type of thing if you're going to be on the net. It's an everyday thing to be cautious about your dealings. It's been going on since the beginning. Remember the old " guess which nut shell the pea is under" game?

Bigs, if you pay me the processing........fee; $2,459.00 and I will give you the check....
