Well there's defiantly a resemblance with the grill, tail light and the roof stripe.
I like it too. I also liked the Challenger but was disappointed with the non rally dash .
I like it, I hope it is actually Built by the SRT Group... Great Platform to build from... I probably can't afford it, but I can't afford a new Challenger SRT-8 either & I really like them too... I see allot of the 71-74 RR in that concept.... Maybe they will do a upsacle SRT-8 GTX version too... Like someone else said it's far better representation of the past, than the new DART...
7 Liter? I have been figuring since they put out the 6.4 and used 392 cubic inch emblems that the next evolution of the 3g hemi is to make a 426 cubic inch 3rd gen. I have yet to hear anything factory wise but I figure it is a safe assumption that it is in the works. time will tell I suppose.
I also wonder how well the name would do. The Road Runner cartoons have not been on since who knows when. most kids today might not have ever seen it. Although they were used in a geico commercial, that isn't exactly a sunday morning staple.
Yeah they need to bring back the cartoon and the car. The engineers or stylist's over there at Chrysler need to get their heads out of their asses and start polling the public and listening to the people who made them rich in the first place. I would buy one of these for sure and I agree with the GTX comment, always liked them too.
not sold on it as of yet.idea is great but the pictures are way too cartoony to make any refined decisions.find a pic of the original concept of the new charger.looked way cool, then they came out with what we got.always huge changes from concept to real car.
