Spare tire hold down bolt

Am I correct in thinking for a 68 Charger the spare hold down bolt was a J bolt?
69-70 was a straight eyelet bolt ?

I would assume 68 was the same as 69-70. What does your bracket look like?

Yep was just talking with a 68 Charger guy, it is a J hook.

Thats different than 69-70 so it takes the J-hook.
