Speaker Fade Control

Looking to add a rear speaker to my 67' Belvedere. It has the knob in the dash for rear speaker fade control but someone cut all the wires off.

I have yet to even find a picture of one let alone a replacement that's intact. Has anyone seen one of these or even have one to sell?
 
I've got several fader control units with the wiring. Let me get to my storage, dig them out and take some pics.
 
I have the same fader on my 67 Belvedere. There are wires on it that dont make sense to me. Did you ever get any help?
 
I found a fader control already out of the car. Why so many wires to it?. I have no idea how to hook it up.....................MO
 
If it's a factory fader control, it should have 6 wires. 2 of them are connected to the speaker wires coming off the radio, 2 are then connected to the front speaker and the final two are connected to the rear speaker. Hope this helps.
