I have a pair of pioneer 6x9 3 way speakers . Would using 4 of those speakers in the car be a bad plan for good audio sound ? I will hace to mount the front speaker under the dash ( don't want to cut door panels) I will NOT be installing an AMP.

Just depends on what your radio is designed to have as the load. First questions that come to mind right away are what vehicle, OEM or after market radio, and stereo or mono.

To help U we need to know more about ur other car audio components...
The Pioneer 6x9s are 4 Ohm but How to connect? depends upon what other stuff U have or intend to buy? Note I have many years of designing/installing both OE and aftermarket car audio sound systems for major clients used @ the SEMA and CES shows. Advise back what year/model of the car and what other stuff U intend to use with the Pioneer 6x9s and I will comment further.

Just my $0.02...

The car is a 62 fury wagon, The only items I have right now is a pair Pioneer 6x9 3way speakers. I will be buying an aftermarket stereo, single DIM, AM/FM. Bluetooth withAUX port etc. ( aprox size 6x2x4 of the stereo unit) I want to keep the price of the stereo unit around $100. I do not want to cut my door panels ( so the front speakers will be mounted under dash (pointed straight down) { only place/way to mout them}. The 6x9 are in some small fully enclosed premade boxes and will be in the cargo area of the wagon. All speakers will be connected with wire.
If you can give me some ideas of what stereo units would be worth buying, and what front speakers also. I do not plan on buying a seperate Amp system. This will be a budget system,

I have had good results with pioneer 6x9s. If you get the right size, like a 4x6, you can probably get them up on the firewall/panel area. It really helps to have multiple, and various size speakers for the different sound frequencies.

Another brand is jbl, has some punchy base and good sound. I know you said you didn’t want to run and amp, but it helps, or an equalizer/booster. Kicker is another good brand and I have 2 kicker 4” in the dash, and 2 jbl 6x9s in the package tray, with an old 8 track pyer, and a pyramid eq/booser, and it sounds amazing! Windows down, 440 screaming, and I can clearly hear the music.

My dad is a big audio guy, and I make sure my cars have good audio for him, jbls are pretty expensive, but kicker, pioneer, and kenwood are good budget level speakers

OK...
Simple system...
Sounds like U are going to a digital media head unit(shorter chassis depth,no CD drive) that has am/fm tuner, 4X amplifier, USB, bluetooth. The Pioneer MVH-S322BT fits ur $100 budget. One concern is U may need more power depending upon How Loud? U want to play the system. The Pioneer does have 4X pre-outs so U can easily add an external amplifier for higher power output.

Just my $0.02...

Thoughts for front speaker undr dash ?

In my truck I have generic 6x9 3-way enclosed speakers in the cab corners behind the seat, and 4 or 4 1/2 kicker 2 way in the front kick panels. The run off a $125 JVC tuner with no amp. It sounds good for a fairly low buck sound system. The front speakers are pretty shallow so they were easy to install in the kick panels.

Bad location, U will lose alot of mid/high frequencies.
Speakers need to be higher or install some mids/tweeters on top of the dash to bounce the audio off the windshield...

I am installing a long (50")overhead console, might be able to add some there.

Those GM G bodies that seem to be the rage had a small “package tray”. They used 4x10’s. I never heard a good one of them.

Does not answer your question. But unknown to myself, or the lot where I bought my pickup, behind the seats was a set of powered sub woofers. I bought a new stereo unit, added new speakers in the doors, and a 40amp fuse for the subwoofer. There are also two speakers ear high behind the seats.

My dad had a 62 dart wagon in high school, he mounted a set of 6x9s in the top rear corners. But I think he cut in the 4 doors for the other speakers.
