speedo/odometer not working

It was working...the speedo bounced around and the "phft phft" sound of the cable going bad was loud. now it doesn't work
It was off anyway cause previous owner swapped to 3:91 rear.
SO i need a new speedo cable and calibrated to a 3:91 gear.
Does anyone know what company is reputable?
