Can anyone show me a pic how the cable is routed on a 67? I ordered a cable from Inline and it seems to be very long.
Does it go through the frame under the rocker up into the wheel well back into the engine bay?
Thanks

No! How on earth would that be a good routing? You ever notice there is nothing routed under the rocker and through the wheelwell? It’s because they have to warranty the car for many years.

It stays inside the frame rail the whole way. Goes in the floor clip above the torsion bar and curves forward.

It has screw on nuts on both ends, not a clip on for the speedo end like A 68 and newer.

I can measure one later

Speedo cable routing on my 67 Belv:
Out the firewall, loops down under car along inside of framerail, over torsion bar, I to trans. There are 2 clips that hold it in position.
