spot lights

has anyone heard of this.my friends dad has these spot lights that plug into your lighter that he says came with the purchase of a car back in the 60's.they have the mopar symbol on them.does anyone have any info on this.

It looks as if these were sold as handheld spotlights to assist in working on your car at night and away from home?
