Well, he's bringing his new other half. We can wait in Coalinga if necessary. He beat me in the drag race in the past. TWICE. Switchbacks a different story. Bring your radios. I'll have mine charged and ready. It's gonna be GOOD. Besides your fine ride, the attention getter will be the triple black 'Cuda. Radar will be on. If I slow, it will be for a reason.

Track day kickoff at Willow Springs. 5 cars from the Bay Area and Sacramento.
 
Today was a blast. Drag racing, cruising around the track, and driving at un-Godly speeds from WS to Van Nuys dodging sagebrush along Hwy 33.
 
Second time driving my car down with the NorCal group this year and got hit with mechanical difficulties at first stop in hollister. Big thanks to Dennis, John, Conny, Darius, and Rich as well as the 3 ladies for their awesome support and assistance getting me back on the road. We were able to make it down with only a 3 hr delay which allowed me to road race at willow springs raceway and get 4 drag race runs in at lunchtime. Won 2 of 4 races against Rich in his dart, Tim the event organizer in his dodge and lost twice to driving instructor in his stick shift hellcat - both times he caught me only at the very end by a half car length! Good times were had by all:)
 
Without the help of my friends and fellow mopar drivers i could not have made it with my car and almost was headed back home to take the mopar back and pick up the Acura instead. Thank you guys!!!
 
Awesome pics! What day are you all heading back north, and are you going to stop in Ojai again for coffee? I'm laid up this weekend with another foot/ankle injury, so I don't think I'll be making it to Spring Fling. Trying to rest up for work Monday and Tuesday.

Yes, Monday. Plan on the Ojai romp. Will be in touch. Malibu Cruise today. Moser there driving the Extreme Lee and Kenny Wayne Shepard driving his New Demon.
 
Looks like a sweet iron caravan from a bunch of muscle heads. Nice pics and some beautiful rides. Have fun boys!
