I have a 1967 Satellite and I intend on ditching the 440 and 727 in favor of a 6.4 Hemi and transmission..I would like to know if anybody here knows that if a front end out from under a Challenger,Charger or Chrysler 300 would fit in my Satellite? thanks in advance for any help

Hi vayda, welcome! :wav:

You've come to the right place, there are a few people here with modern engines installed. Take a look at the build Darius did, he has a 1970 GTX placed on an LX platform.

Great project, and welcome to the site. What year 440 motor do you have and what are your plans for it, hmmmmmmmm .......? :eusa_whistle:

Plan getting out the cutting wheel and welder to fit the transmission. It a nice set up. Putting a modern set up in one of these dinosaur means setting up the return fuel lines for the fuel injection, computer, sensors, and mapping. With a RMS suspension it an easy install as far as engine goes. The rest is where you'll need your thinking cap on.

Darien installed a 6.1SRT Hemi in his car. Check out his thread where he shows what he had to endure to make it happen.

I think its either a 67 or 68 440
