After several hours of frustration due to a no start on R/T-cranks but no ignition, I've narrowed it down to the coil circuit when ignition is in start position. Hooking coil direct to battery when cranking fired him right up, disconnect and he runs fine till you need to start again. I'm terrible with wiring schematics, can anyone tell me-is that circuit direct off the ignition switch, or does it come off the starter relay? I noticed when the coil is connected directly, the oil light also illuminates, indicating some kind of feed back through the dash circuit. Normal? Thanks for any and all help.

Found it-brown wire that feeds start voltage at bulkhead connector broken.
