STEEL MOTOR MOUNT INSTALL QUESTIONS ?

Sorry about all the post. My computer is really acting up and slow as at first it seemed the post did not work so I tried again. Now I cant get it to edit so I can erase the extra ones. Sorry about that as I did not mean to post that much. Ron

Another thing I learned by doing it wrong, if you do end up solid drivers / rubber passenger, put the rubber mount in first - the flex makes it easier to install the solid mount.

I tried for at least an hour the other way round... until a buddy pointed out my mistake...

Makes good sense. I just dropped the motor down with both solid mounts & it's going to take a little "adjustment" to get them both set in properly.

Taking lots more than a little adjustment!! Also needed to grind frame clearance for the external oil line fitting. NOT a solid mount issue, but one more thing to deal with.
