Any thoughts on T-bars helping to decrease Negative camber by lifting the cars nose up?
That's half your problems, right there. If you look in the service book, setting alignment, the height (via the bars adjustment) is set first. Then, in order, the remaining alignment settings are done. Raising the nose, by the bars...all alignment settings are now off...since one affects the others.
Steering box? Yeah, needs to be within reason, to set the front alignment. Sloppy? They all do, after time.
Book tells you how to go through 'em. Though, most of the time, if the hard parts are in good shape, just needs to be re-sealed, and adjusted. That's what I did on my 64 box. Just opened it up, flushed it inside, checked it, new seals all around, adjusted, and went on.
Or, go spend a wad of money, and let someone else do it!
