Where could I get a output (pitman) shaft seal for a 69 GTX power steering box?

Have you tried NAPA?

Try firm feel they have to be good for something other than selling expensive assemblies.

Welcome, Napa or Rock auto will have them

Napa had one but I found one at Barron-local autoparts. For the price, $150, I couldn't screw around with trying to replace the seal in an old gearbox.
