Steering Column Lock Plate - Pin Retainer Sleeve

In the process of rebuilding my Steering Column. In the process of tearing it down, I found the Lock Plate Roll Pin Retaining Sleeve is missing. (Pic from FSM attached) Does anyone know if anyone re-pops these? I looked it up in the Parts catalog and it lists Part #3467178.

Probably not a big deal. As I won't expect a roll pin to work it's way out in operation. But, I am trying to put everything back to original as possible
