Steering Wheel - Restore or Replace?

I just tried to send you a personal message concerning this, but your inbox is full and will not accept anymore messages until you go in there and delete some of your old messages. I've been professionally restoring old Mopar steering wheels for customers worldwide for over 30 years now and quite a few for members on this site. Take Care, Charlie Quarters.
Post a couple pics of some of your handi-work. I think it's impressive.

MarPar-----You asked so here's just a few of the hundreds of steering wheels that I've restored for you and everybody else to look over. You all Have a Great Weekend, Charlie Quarters.

Hi Charlie,
I just cleaned my mailbox.
Thanks!
Brad

you know what you are doing for sure I have done a few for my self years ago but you will get my rt wheel to do when ready for it Thanks

I'm partial to that '64 Plymouth sport wheel. I think that's a cool looking wheel. I restored mine that's identical to it but a different color. I wonder if that black one is the one that originally came on my '64 that I sold/traded you several years ago, Charlie. That one was in rough shape, but I'm sure you transformed it into a perfect looking wheel.

IMO, restoring a solid plastic color wheel versus a woodgrain wheel can be / is a HUGE difference.

UP close a woodgrain wheel is all about how the grain looks in person

The repop wheel is made by PG Classic ( same as BEA wheel ) And in person looks WAY off . Both in woodgrain and how shiney the spokes are. So it all comes down to how close the OP wants it to be to an original wheel

For me personally I would never be happy with one of the woodgrain repop wheels. Its in your face the entire time you're in the car and if it aint right or you're not happy with it. It will bug you the entire time you're in the car
