Steve Been and David Waldan 4-door Barracuda

It reminded me of this song.....

That’s funny! :D I looked it up and remember reading about it. Seemed he was arguing that Chrysler intended and actually built at least one of them. And as others said on those threads, the roof looks horrible. But they all did back then on the 4 door cars. I drive one every day.

My 2 door has a much nicer roof and rear backlight.

Agreed, but atleast the four doors side glass is proportionate with the windshield and rear glass!

I'm sitting here looking at my 71 Cuda, and there is no way in hell I would do that to my car! The roofline is absolute perfection!

Really should have made it a 71. Prime the rear quarters, hack some slots in the front fenders and add the ugly grille to it.
But why stop there? Paint it orange and paint an 01 on it.

I see your office desk has been relegated to the garage now.
My boss thinks that having a desk that is sublime and looks like the back of a 70 Charger R/T is a little over the top! I don't understand why?

I would cut that tall goofy looking disproportionate roof of it and make it into a convertible! After all Cuda convertibles are worth millions!

Hi everyone,

Would anyone by any chance have any contact information for Steve Been? Dad and had some questions regarding the 4 door project Cuda and wanted to pick his brain and get his opinion on a few things. If you could kindly pass that along, that would be great.
