I wwnt to reseal my transmission pan n upon removing it i noticed 1 bolt keeps spinning it wont get tight like its been stripped... how can i fix this issue...

Thanks ahead of time

Correctly, it should be heli coil repaired. If it is accessible it could be drilled oversize for a 3/8' cap screw (last resort). Or a longer 5/16" cap screw with a nut could be used.

heli coil is best, you should be able to install without taking the pan off if you are careful. Will have to buy the kit with special tap and installer.

I do not like to do this but some have run the next size larger metric bolt in. As said above there are better options.

Helicoil is best and, yes you need to buy the kit with special tap. ruffcut

Aren't the transmission pan bolts short in length?
Check inside the tapped hole, there may be clean threads up further.
In that case a longer bolt may do the trick, or use a stud and a nut.

In that case a longer bolt may do the trick, or use a stud with Lock Tite and a nut.
